St John's Co Cathedral, Valletta

The inside of this Valletta Cathedral is a spectacle to behold. It's glorious interior, from floor to ceiling, is truly stunning and words do not do this justice, it is something you just have to see for yourself!
Alongside the painted vault, monuments and floor of inlaid marble you will find two Caravaggio paintings, one of which is the largest signed canvas, in fact the only one he ever signed.

Mdina, Malta

Mdina, the old capital of Malta before the Knights decided they prefered the port location of Valletta. It's known as the silent city with no cars allowed within it walls, it is one of europes best preserved wallled cities. Narrow cobbled streets wind their way through convents, churches, palazzos and wonderful gardens. The Cathedral in the central square is one of the best examples in Malta of high Baroque with it's magnificent dome. Plenty of museums can be found here and a day (or few) can easily be spent eating, exploring and learning about Mdina and Malta's history.

Malta Festa's

These events take place at various towns and villages through the summer. This is a great place to get involved with the locals and enjoy the celebrations. A perfect day for adults and kids alike. Check our events calendar for major festa's taking place.

Blue Lagoon, Comino

The clear blue waters provide perfect conditions for swimming and snorkelling. Most area's are sheltered making for safe swimming and after a dip you can relax on the sandy beach. Boat trips are regularly available for a Comino day trip.

Malta National Aquarium, Qawra

Located in Qawra, the National Malta Aquarium is the poerfect day out for all the family. There is a large number of tanks, interactive area's and walk through tank where you are surrounded by marine life. A kids play park is situated just opposite the Aquarium to continue the fun when your done.

Popeye's Village, Mellieha

Set in Mellieha, Popeye's Village Malta is the original film set of the Popeye film starring the late great Robin Williams. After filming the set was turned into a family entertainment complex. Take a stroll through the original set and take part in the family activities with mini golf, water trampolines and boat trips.

Manoel Theatre, Valletta

The Manoel Theatre Malta is one of the oldest theatres in Europe. If you are looking for music or theatre on your Malta Holiday then this is the place to be in Malta. Ultimate sophistication in a grand setting.

Upper Barracca Gardens, Valletta

Take a stroll through the gardens and take in the breathtaking views over Valletta and surrounding area's. The Gardens may not be outstanding on their own merit but with the view over the Valletta Bastions and Grand Harbour combined with the Saluting Battery where the Noon Day Gun is fired.

Ggantija & Megalithic Temples, Malta & Gozo

On Malta & Gozo you can see two of the top Megalithic Temple sites in the Maltese Islands. Ggantija in Gozo and the Hagar Qim & Mnajdra Archaeological Park in the south of Malta. Both UNESCO World Heritage Sites, they are arguably the oldest free standing structures in the world dating back to 3600-2500BC.

Hal Saflieni Hypogeum, Paola & Museum of Archaeology

Hal Saflieni Hypogeum is nn underground cemetary built in a temple style. An incredible structure built by using the most primitive and basic tools which can be found in Paola, Malta. If you are interested in sites such as the Temples or Hypogeum then be sure to visit the Museum of Archaeology in Valletta providing a number of finds and plenty of information on Malta's evolved pre-historic past.

Marsaxlokk, Malta

This resort is the picture perfect scenery for any postcard. Still a fishing community, this picturesque resort of Marsaxlokk offers beautiful colourful coastal scenery with the waters filled with the brightly painted fishing boats. The freshest fish makes for a great lunch or dinner and a Sunday Market makes for a great day.

The Citadel, Victoria, Gozo

The Citadel in Victoria, Gozo has played a key part in Gozo's history. This walled fortified area kept a Gozo population in hiding from the Ottomans although this story did not have a great ending. Today when you walk around the Citadel, you will find a newly refurbished information centre, various museums and on a clear summer's day you can see for miles with 360 degree views over Gozo and Malta. Take a trip to Victoria and there is much more to see outside the citadel too!

Mosta, Malta

The main Malta attraction in Mosta is the dome atop of the church. The dome is the 9th largest worldwide and 3rd biggest dome in Europe. Adding to this amazing peice of architecture is the fact that a bomb dropped by the Luftwaffe during the war actually pierced the dome but failed to explode. Luck or devine intervention?

Walking the Cliffs in Gozo

Gozo's coastline has some amazing stretches from green valleys, golden beaches to white cliffs. The path from Xlendi to Mgarr ix-Xini is a great walking route and quite an easy trek to follow. Gozo is a ramblers paradise and the Gozo cliffs are just one of many walking routes we would recommend if you love a stroll in the great outdoors.
